The Bhujangan Kaur Leadership Academy is a leadership and life skills camp for young Sikh women. The camp is intended for incoming 8th-grade students to graduating high school seniors, ages 13 to 18. At Bhujangan, young women will work on developing themselves and building a sense of community (sangat) around them. Bhujangans will spend a week participating in workshops that will focus on Sikh her-story, sisterhood, internal strength (sehaj), self-esteem, self-worth, and life and survival skills in the outdoors. Further details and directions to follow after the Bhujangan has completed registration.
Dates: July 10 - July 14, 2025
Location: Los Angeles County. CA
Registration cost: $350 total for the 5 days. This covers lodging, activities, transportation and meals.
Refund Policy: 100% refund is available till June 27, 2025 and 50% refunds between June 28 - July 3, 2024. No refund starting July 4, 2024.
Capacity: The camp will be LIMITED to only 50 girls this year.
